Cold Brew Coffee Eggnog

Serve up an Extra Bit of Holiday Cheer

Oh the holidays! Smells of pine and cinnamon waft through the air, while festively shaped cookies bake in the oven. Traditions old and new abound, reminding us that the moments we share together are the biggest gift of all. 

Eggnog is one of those quintessential holiday traditions. The rich and delicious creaminess of eggnog makes it the perfect partner for that bourbon you just picked up from the store. And if you’re already in the habit of spiking your holiday eggnog, then you know you’re on your way to full holiday cheer. In our family we kick the eggnog up a notch by adding coffee. Eggnog makes a great cream/milk substitute for your regular coffee, but if you want to please a whole crowd, our cold brew eggnog recipe will have everyone smiling and laughing all the way! Cheers!


One Foil pouch (2 Pitcher Packs inside) of Don Francisco’s Organic Cold Brew Coffee

4 Cups Cold Filtered Water

3 Cups Eggnog

1-2 oz of bourbon or preferred liquor (per serving)

Cinnamon (garnish)


1) Make the Cold Brew

Brew cold brew according to instructions on the box. See our brew guide for further instructions. Do not dilute pitcher with second batch of water after steeping.

2) Add the Eggnog

Dilute steeped cold brew with the eggnog. Stir to combine.

3) Add an Extra Bit of Cheer

Fill desired glasses with ice and pour in the cold brew eggnog. Add your liquor, stir and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon. Happy Holidays!
