Cofffee Subscriptions FAQ
Save both time and money by joining the Don Francisco’s Coffee Club - our coffee subscription program.
When you subscribe to your favorite coffees, you’ll receive a 30% discount on your initial order and a 10% discount on all subsequent orders. You’ll also have the ability to select how often you’d like your order shipped and be able to add one-off products to any upcoming subscription order.
Not ready for another delivery and want to skip the upcoming shipment? Want to change or cancel your subscription? You can make any changes you’d like to your subscription simply by visiting your member portal.
As a Don Francisco’s Coffee Club member, you’ll also be eligible to receive occasional free gifts, special offers and early access to new products.
To change or cancel your subscription, simply log into your account on donfranciscos.com and select “” from the account overview page. Alternatively, you can access your subscriptions from the footer link “ ” on the website. Both of these methods will take you to the subscriptions management page where you can change or cancel your subscriptions anytime, anywhere.
To postpone or skip a shipment, log into your account on donfranciscos.com and select “” from the account overview page. Navigate down to the section “Manage Upcoming Orders” and adjust as desired.
To add a product to a subscription, simply navigate to the product page and select subscription as the purchasing option.
The best part about being a club member is the benefits you receive, like discounts on every order. Unfortunately, any other promo codes are only good for one-time purchases and cannot be used for subscription orders.
our initial subscription order will be billed during checkout. All subsequent orders will be billed on the same day your next order is fulfilled and charged to the same card you provide with your initial order. So, if you subscribe on the first day of the month to receive a monthly shipment of your favorite Don Francisco’s Coffee product(s), your first bill will be processed that day. Your subsequent orders will also be processed on or about the first day of each subsequent month and you will be billed at that time for the products in your subscription.
The simple answer is, as long as you want it to. You are in complete control of when your subscription starts, pauses and/or stops. All of this is handled in your subscription portal.
Subscriptions need to be canceled within 5 business days of the next shipment to ensure that the next order is not sent.
