You are now asking me for a review of my 'recent' purchase but my last purchase was six months ago. In addition, last week you sent me an apology about my 'order' being delayed due to your free shipping promotion. Incidentally, I never received a notice about your 'free shipping' promotion and when i asked about it I was rudely denied the promotion. So because someone in your office is obviously challenged I will make it easy. 1. Dont ask me to review something i bought 6 months ago. 2. Dont tell me my order is delayed when i didn't place an order. 3. If you have a promotion, tell me about it. 4. if you miss all of these steps then make up for it and let me place an order with free shipping when i ask about it. I intend to post this review EVERywhere if this does not appear on your website where I published it and i will also find a new coffee supplier. i have had issues in the past with your challenged office people. I understand they (she) may be relatives but enough is enough. Soon you will lose the big customers too
