Cold Brew Popsicle Recipe
Cream and cold brew come together to make the perfect icy treat! Whip up a batch (or two) to enjoy with friends and family at your next gathering.
WHAT YOU NEED
4 cups Don Francisco's Cold Brew (allow 24 hours for the cold brew to steep properly)
1 cup flavored creamer (or dairy-free alternative)
HOW TO MAKE
Steep cold brew sachets in cold water as indicated on package instructions and allow to brew for 24 hours, then add water to dilute the concentrate.
Mix 4 cups of cold brew coffee with 1 cup of flavored creamer. Stir to combine.
Fill each mold with the coffee and milk mixture.
(To create a layered effect)
Reserve half the plain cold brew coffee, then mix the remaining coffee with creamer as detailed above.
Fill each mold halfway with the coffee and milk mixture, then place in the freezer until solid.
Once solid, remove molds from the freezer and add popsicle sticks (if needed). Top of each mold with coffee-only mixture and return to freezer for two hours, or until popsicles are frozen solid.
