Affogato Recipe
Coffee and ice cream – enjoy two of your favorites at the same time thanks to this simple but delicious dessert!
WHAT YOU NEED
Premium vanilla bean ice cream
Don Francisco’s Clasico Espresso (1 double shot per serving or 2 capsules)
Chocolate curls, optional
HOW TO MAKE
Using a grater or potato peel, shave a milk or dark chocolate bar to create curls or flakes.
With an ice cream scoop, add two or three scoops of vanilla ice cream to a serving bowl or glass.
Pour brewed double shot of Don Francisco’s Clasico Espresso over the ice cream and top with chocolate curls.
Serve immediately.
