WHAT YOU NEED
Coffee Layer
1 cup brewed Don Francisco’s® Orange Vanilla Swirl, cooled
3 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp half & half or milk
Cream Layer
½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp half & half or milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Orange Layer
½ cup pulp-free orange juice
1 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp heavy cream
1 drop orange food coloring (optional, for brightness)
How to Make
1. Prepare the Coffee Layer: Whisk together cooled coffee, sweetened condensed milk, and half & half until smooth.
2. Prepare the Cream Layer: In another bowl, stir together yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, half & half, and vanilla extract until fully blended and creamy.
3. Prepare the Orange Layer: In a separate bowl, whisk together orange juice, sweetened condensed milk, and cream. Add food coloring if using.
4. Assemble with Partial Freezing: Spoon 1–2 Tbsp of the coffee mixture into each popsicle mold. Freeze for 12–15 minutes, just until slightly thickened but not solid.
5. Spoon in a layer of the cream mixture slowly over the back of a spoon. Freeze again for 12–15 minutes.
6. Add the orange layer next using the same spoon method. Freeze for 12–15 minutes once more.
7. Swirl & Set (optional): Insert a skewer or toothpick and do one or two gentle figure-eight motions for a marbled swirl.
8. Insert sticks and freeze popsicles for at least 6 hours, or until fully solid.
9. Run molds under warm water briefly to release. Serve immediately and enjoy!
