Long Island Iced Coffee
Don Francisco’s French Roast coffee combined with gin, vodka, rum, and ginger beer, garnished with a lemon slice is the perfect summer quencher!
WHAT YOU NEED
4-6 oz. Don Francisco’s French Roast Coffee Pod, brewed and cooled
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. gin
1 oz. tequila
1 oz. rum
2 oz. ginger beer
1 oz. lemon juice
Total Time: 5 minutes
Serves 1
HOW TO MAKE
Brew Don Francisco’s French Roast over ice
Combine all ingredients, including cooled Don Francisco’s French Roast coffee, in a cocktail shaker with 1 cup of ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a glass with ice, top with ginger beer and garnish with a lemon twist.
