Dark Chocolate Cherry Iced Coffee

What You Need
1 cup ice
3/4 cup strongly brewed Don Francisco's® Moonlight Roast, cooled
1/3 cup milk of choice
2 tbsp dark chocolate syrup
2 tbsp cherry syrup (or cherry juice concentrate)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar
3–4 fresh cherries, pitted (plus extra for garnish)
1 tsp cocoa powder, for garnish
How to Make
1. Drizzle the dark chocolate syrup along the inside of a tall glass, then fill with ice. Pour in the cooled Don Francisco's® Moonlight Roast coffee.
2. In a small cup, stir together the milk, cherry syrup, and vanilla extract. Pour into the glass to create a marbled effect.
3. Blend or mash the pitted cherries into a light purée, then gently swirl a spoonful into the drink for bursts of cherry flavor throughout.
4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until thick but still soft and spoonable. Spoon over the drink, allowing it to cascade slightly down the sides.
5. Garnish with fresh cherries and a light dusting of cocoa powder.
