What You Need

1 cup ice
3/4 cup strongly brewed Don Francisco's® Daybreak Blend, cooled
1/3 cup milk of choice
2 tbsp very ripe banana, mashed until smooth
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream, for foam
3 banana slices, for garnish
Pinch of ground cinnamon, for garnish

How to Make

1. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the cooled Don Francisco's® Daybreak Blend coffee.


2. In a small bowl, whisk together milk, mashed banana, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.

3. Pour the banana mixture over coffee to create a marbled effect.

4. In a separate bowl or frothing cup, froth heavy cream until thick and airy, forming a softfoam.

5. Spoon foam generously over the drink. Garnish with banana slices and a light dusting of cinnamon.
